All products displayed are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, actual colors may vary due to screen differences.
Since our products involve DTF printing, minor variations in print or fabric may occur and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other Shopify-supported payment gateways.
VARNWEAR does not store card, UPI, or banking details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability is subject to serviceable locations.
COD orders may require order confirmation before processing.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for the customer.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production or shipping has not started.
Once an order is printed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
VARNWEAR reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
