Return & Refund Policy – VARNWEAR
At VARNWEAR, we strive to deliver premium-quality apparel. As our products involve DTF printing and made-to-order production, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:
Color variation due to screen/lighting differences
Products damaged due to misuse or after delivery
Washed or worn products
Return Request Window
Refund requests must be raised within 1–2 days of delivery if there is 

DAMAGE, PRINTING DEFECT, WRONG PRODUCT

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original INSIDE WHITE FROSTED ZIPLOCK packaging with tags intact
All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval.
Refund Policy (Online Payments via Razorpay)
Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet)
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider, as per Razorpay policies.

Replacement Policy
Replacement is offered for eligible cases only
Replacement will be dispatched after the returned item passes inspection
If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Orders cannot be cancelled once printing, processing, or shipping has started

VARNWEAR reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests
Fraudulent claims may result in account restriction
All policies are governed by Indian consumer laws
